Hi there!
My name is Sherrelle Nelson or Elle for short! I am digital and traditional artist based in London. I've always been artistic and creative since I was little and enjoyed mostly sketching. I work with charcoal, ink, watercolours and acrylic paint and I love experimenting and trying new techniques. I am fascinated with colour, light, texture and brushwork. I also enjoy writing children stories, making jewellery and practicing storyboarding.

I developed some health conditions which led me to self teach myself digital art in January 2020. Throughout 2020-2023, I enrolled in some art lessons at Ode2art academy to shape up my drawing skills and learn more about digital art.
My work is a product of photo-reference, observation and imagination. I am inspired by so many artists such as Van Gogh, J.M.W Turner, John Singer Sargent and the list goes on. I am inspired by their use of colour, brushwork and understanding of light. I hope my art creates happiness and brings a smile to your face.
